We secure 50% at the booking confirmation stage to hold the date and start planning your event. The remaining 50% balance is then payable 30 days prior to your event.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds however offer one date change if we are given the required notice (4 weeks minimum).

We plan our events both locally and internationally. We work closely with an extensive list of trusted vendors and guarantee booking quality sourced vendors wherever your destination may be.

It totally depends on the event in question, however the only note to be made here, we will incur additional charges for overnight charges, travel and hotel costs.

Upon the consultation process, we will send you a questionnaire highlighting some information around your personalities, special memories and so on. From there you will receive a step by step and detailed idea and/or itinerary. Each proposal idea can be customized to your needs/requirements, budget, location etc.

Clients benefit from planning ahead. It is important to consider venues, vendors and collaborators not to mention allows room to perfect customized pieces and so on. We typically ask to allow for 1 to 3 months for planning. Still, this is dependent on the details of the event so we can be more specific in our consultations.
